- The item must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.

2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

- Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the item(s).
- Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging and include the RAN. Ship the package to the address provided.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Faulty or Incorrect Items: If the item is faulty or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us for a prepaid return label.
- Change of Mind: If you are returning an item for any other reason, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed as follows:
